Does it have to be "Lemon" pledge?

I did a search, but couldn't find the answer to this. Sorry if this question is lame, but when cleaning a DVD as instructed in the "DVD School", is Lemon Pledge essential, or can you use another "flavor"? Is there something special in the Lemon variety?

It seems like you could use any variety, but I keep thinking that maybe they specified Lemon for a reason!

I've never heard about cleaning them with Lemon Pledge, but I wonder if it has something to do with the lemon oil. Or is there any actual lemon oil in Lemon Pledge? And if that's it, would plain lemon oil, which is much less expensive, work just as well? Hmmm.
