Does Cathe or anyone know? And poundage question?

Does anyone know if Cathe is wearing weighted gloves in all her Kick Boxing videos? (Kick Punch Crunch/ Kick Box)etc.etc.etc.
And if so how many pounds and where to purchase?
In upper Body Split,How much weight on bar when laying on Step????
And how much did the single plate of Weight weigh when standing up
doing exercises/For Arms??

No, Cathe isn't wearing weighted gloves. She's just wearing hand wraps.

Which Upper Body Split are you asking about? And which workout are you talking about for the single weight plate? Usually Cathe will tell you how much weight she and the crew are lifting, but it's just a general idea, you can go lighter or heavier.

The only one I can think of is PH, where you do anterior delt raises. Cathe is using a 10# plate (but that doesn't mean that's the right weight for YOU to use. You might go lighter or heavier, depending on your strength.)

I just did the CTX Upper Body workout yesterday and I believe she has 35 lbs on the barbell for the chest work and tricep work. Since I am a wuss, I use 25 for that particular workout.

However, she doesn't use a plate in the CTX video. She uses a 10 pound plate in the Power Hour shoulder work, though, and I believe 10 pound plate in the Muscle Endurance leg press and tricep work as well, although I could be wrong about the ME weight for triceps.

I just did ME this past weekend and Susan is right...10 pound plate for the leg presses and tricep work (I've graduated to a 12 lb dumbbell for all those :)
