Does Cathe make you late for work too?

I have never been late for work in my entire life until I started working out with Cathe. I was a "Firm Believer" for many years and their longest workout was about an hour, with most of their workouts being about 45 minutes.......what is usually "PREMIX" time frame for Cathe. That's why I switched to Cathe....because I needed more of everything: Longer workouts, more intensity, etc. I bought about 10 workouts and they're unbelievable.....I am now totally addicted to Cathe. But, the problem is that I work out first thing in the morning and I don't have the time to do complete workouts the way I'd like to....so I often pick a premix time version. But, I love her so much that I often go over my time availiablity and am walking into work late.....not "officially" late, but much later for me. Oh well, what we do for love!
 
Oh yes, I can definately relate. I actually changed my hours at work so I could come in later so I would have more time to workout. I'm still late sometimes because I wanted to add on to a workout or I started late because I was procrastinating. It's a daily struggle for me. I am going to have to start going to bed earlier so I can get up earlier and then workout right away.

I get to work later now too. But when I do arrive for work I'm completely awake, alert, and ready for the new day. Others who arrive at the office before me are still half-asleep over their double lattes by the time I get there LOL. Lucky for me there's no set arrival time mandated by management so as long as I put in my 8 hours, they don't care. Honestly, since I started working out with Cathe my productivity has increased immensely and sick days are non-existent. There are many more benefits to being fit besides what it does for the body!
 
I can definitely relate as well! My dh makes jokes about it every morning. I have tried to wake up earlier but that never works lol. I also have THOUGHT about going to bed earlier which I think is what I really need to do. That is too funny, I thought I was the only one who was!

I can also relate. Ever since I started working out again (mainly with Cathe), I've been late. I don't think it's only her fault since my bus and trains run horribly, but Cathe definitely has something to do with it. I like her longer workouts but I wish she'd stick with 60 minute workouts. Those would be perfect for me.
