...in a no sweets check in? My eating as been off the last couple of days and I need to get back on track.Who knows how long it will be for...just a couple of weeks if need be.I don't intend on giving up sweets forever:7 but I just need to cut back to once a week, instead of once an hour:eek: (just joiking Im not that bad)
Lori:)

Heh...can I do it as a no sweets at work check-in? I don't think I could completely give up my nightly cookies with my tea, but I really need to stop eating the chocolates and assorted garbage at work!

You can do whatever you wish.I just want a bit of control back in my life.1/2 of the time I am not even craving anything but I poke it in my mouth anyway.I think sweets should be used when you crave them...not all the time.
Lori:)

I will join but more as a "no junk" sorta girl. This was what I was SUPPOSED to give up for Lent, as my 14 year old keeps reminding me. He also gave up junk and has not eaten one thing! Talk about discipline!

Im at work now and DH brought up DD's b-day invitations to fill out.And he also brought me some mini eggs! UGh...like I needed that. But I may eat some anyway:)

I'm in! I usually don't eat sweets at all, but lately they have become a major food group for me. Tomorrow is a new day!

Marie, i use to have alot more discipline when I was younger.I never got distracted when I was a teenager.I would have a treats one night a weekend...or was it all weekend?:) Either way, i use to be a good girl:)
Lori:)
