Does anyone use the mix and match option?

I find myself doing the workouts as is just because... well it's easier. Very often do I mix and match. just wondering how popular the feature is and if it's worth getting in the habit of using.
 
I use the mix-n-match. For instance, if I'm doing a rotation and I don't have a particular DVD, I mix and match from others that I have. I also might use it as an add-on or if I don't want to do a whole premix or if I'm working one body part and want to get different exercises from different workouts. I typically do the workouts as is but I do use mix and match on occasion.

I do use the mix and match section as well as the pre-mix sections. But the mix and match lets you add on to your workout. I guess it depends on what you want to do. For instance, I have used the cardio only on her videos, and mixed and matched, the strength training sections, as well as the ab section... Also, on CoreMax for abs, I will do part 2 of the 3parts and go to the mix & match on part 3 and select exercises from that section to add on. It really doesn't take that long. I like the feature, it lets you get more variety and rotation benefits out of your workouts. Dee:)
