read some reviews on it. The biggest concern is that when you have moving parts on a machine, it always comes down to maintenance and repair.
On the tread-climber it has twice the moving parts. You can expect a higher expense to maintain and repair this thing.
To me, it looks like a novelty. You can get the cardio that you need from any machine or taking advantage of the outdoors.
Logically, this would be just another option for variety. The cardio vascular advantages are minute.
You can get the same results that they advertise with proper nutrition and exercise. Cathe is the best example of that.
Since it just came out in the last year, I would wait a year or two and see how these things last over time.
