Does anyone else have trouble just laying around?

Not me. As long as I get at least one hour of exercise in, I can be a couch potato for the rest of the day--every day, if I didn't have to pay my freakin mortgage.

I'm not one to lay around for very long either. I was out of town for last weekend and I always found time for a walk or run. I feel better if I get out and do something. It is not that I feel guilty it just makes me feel better.

That is funny, I thought this post was about anyone who has trouble just laying around TOO MUCH for no good reason. That is ME these days, LOL.

So no, can't relate. Been better since I've beeen off those damn AD's....:)

Oh Debbie, I was thinking that this weekend. It's almost like I beat myself up for not working out...I feel very blahh.
It's a weird feeling, I even have trouble sleeping late if I should be at the gym... x(

I couldn't have said it any better. I could be content laying around, reading books, watching tv, taking naps all day everyday as long as I get in my exercise that day. If I am too lazy to exercise, that is when I get frustrated with myself. If I didn't have to help pay the mortgage, I would be content just relaxing all day. :)

I never quite just lay there...always doing something while I watch tv or a movie. Glad to hear that I am not the only one. ;)

Uh...well.. Nope. I love laying around which is probably why I have to do these really hard Cathe workouts to make up for the laying around.
