Not me. As long as I get at least one hour of exercise in, I can be a couch potato for the rest of the day--every day, if I didn't have to pay my freakin mortgage.
I'm not one to lay around for very long either. I was out of town for last weekend and I always found time for a walk or run. I feel better if I get out and do something. It is not that I feel guilty it just makes me feel better.
Oh Debbie, I was thinking that this weekend. It's almost like I beat myself up for not working out...I feel very blahh.
It's a weird feeling, I even have trouble sleeping late if I should be at the gym... x(

I couldn't have said it any better. I could be content laying around, reading books, watching tv, taking naps all day everyday as long as I get in my exercise that day. If I am too lazy to exercise, that is when I get frustrated with myself. If I didn't have to help pay the mortgage, I would be content just relaxing all day.
