Does anyone else have this problem?

Whenever I do lower body work my thighs burn. Is this a good sign? Sometimes I don't think I'm going to make it out of the move I'm doing. Please tell me I'm not alone.

Oh yeah, mine burn during weight work. And actually, one of the moves that really gets my legs screaming every single time is the lunge/squat combos on B&G using no weight at all! I take it as a good sign.

OMG, tell me about it!!!! I want to cry like a baby while doing them!!!LOL

Cathe makes an amusing comment about that very feeling in the Butts&Guts DVD, during those very lunge/squat combos... She says something like, "Ooooh, sometimes you wonder if you're gonna make it back up, don'tcha?"

I have to admit, sometimes I still cheat a low pulse here and there...

That is good old lactic acid building that fire .. and it is a good thing .. lots of calories .. lots of muscle fibers firing off ... "oh it burns so good" .. LOL:)

So that's what it is. Well, I guess I'm working hard then. Because my legs really burn.
