That's interesting because I thought Spelnda was derived from real sugar. Must be something in the way it's processed that causes you headaches.

I've noticed that some of the posts mention headaches with the artificial sweeteners. About 5-6 years ago I kept getting these terrible headaches whenever I would eat or drink anything with the AS in it. Now I don't even touch the stuff for fear of the headaches. I mean these were BAD "make me sick at my stomach" headaches.
