Does anyone do STS legs twice a week?

I was wondering if anyone did STS legs twice a week instead of just once? Does anyone else feel they need more lower body work each week?

One of the reasons I'm asking is because I had knee surgery last summer, and I have to work my legs or my knee starts to hurt (talk about serious motivation!).

Hi there! Yep, I felt the same way that I need more workouts for my lower body; athough, my reason is b/c I am a pear shape and my lower half needs the most help!

I found spreading the 2 leg w/os out worked pretty good. I do them on Wed and Sat. Like gratefuldog I didn't repeat the STS leg one instead I did a different one or premixes of Cathes focused on the legs. A lot of her DVDs have lower body premixes. Check that out for the DVDs you have.

I am starting Meso 3 in one week, and I have decided to go ahead and attempt to do both of the leg workouts - Squat Rack and Pylo Legs (including the weights) - every week of Meso 3. From researching STS before I began, I found others who did this as well.

You are absolutely right about a bum knee, I have one too and I have gotten much relief due to my lower body workouts!

When doing STS, I do an STS leg workout and another Cathe workout during the week. Usually Lower Body Blast, Lower Body Trisets, Pyramid Lower Body, etc.
 
I'm with Gina on this one! I'm starting M3 tomorrow and will attempt Squat Rack Legs and Plyo Legs in the same week. I'm substituting a HiiT cardio day at the end of the week with Plyo Legs. I know I'll be loving my rest day afterward! Hope I can pull this off!;)
