Does anyone do MIS anymore?

I am debating whether to buy Body Max on video, or if I should spring and get the MIS, Body Max, Power Hour DVD. When you guys do something like either the PS or S&H series once a week, do you usually do a total body tape once a week too to hit every muscle group twice? Which workout do you usually do - Body Max, MIS, or PH? Why am I asking this, when I know I'll break down and buy the DVD anyway? LOL!
 
I'm doing it later today. I add in either BodyMax, PH or MIS on a week I'm doing the PS or S&H series. It is useful.
 
Definitely get the DVD! Those workouts are all great and you can use them in various ways in your rotations! I like to use them as they are, or split them up into parts - dividing them into upper/lower body workouts.

actually, I am using the MIS series this week.

This is my rotation

Mon - Cardio
Tues - Powehour
Wed - Cardio
Thur - MIS upper body + Cardio
Fri - MIS lower body + Cardio
Sat - Cardio

MIS is a great tape to have on DVD. It is actually one of my favorites because you can easily use it as a 2 day split. I want more 2 day split tapes.
 
I always tell myself if at least three people agree on something, they can't all be wrong, so thanks to you I will buy the DVD! Thanks again! If you split the tape in two, is it roughly half an hour each? Thanks so much!?!
 
With MIS, the lower body section alone is about 20 minutes. I think the upper body plus abs will be longer than 30 minutes. You can also split up Power Hour, but Cathe splits up the lower body section a little so it is not as easy. I have the video and I do the first section (squats), deadlifts from the back section and then lunges and it takes about 15 minutes? So, the upper body section plus abs would definitely be longer than 30 minutes.
The upper body section in Bodymax is about 30 minutes I think.
These are all great workouts - I think you will love them!! :)

Thurs:BodyMax sections 2 & 3
Fri: StepWorks/Mindy's Extreme Intervals/Step This Way/??
Sat: MIS
Sun: Cardio Kicks
MIS is my favorite total body weight tape!
Get the DVD!!!

I've been doing the upperbody & ab portion of all 3 (MIS, PH & BodyMax). With the warm-up & stretching, PH & MIS run about 45 minutes while BodyMax is about 30 minutes.
