Hi ! I need help! If you all would be so kind. Has anyone done any rotations of 1 series eg (GS's with various cardios) as opposed to different weight w/o's each week in a rotation.eg. I am doing June 05 rotation and I thought I would use GYM stlyes at least for the first 2 weeks (or maybe even the whole month)instead of changing series! Thansk in advance. I hope I am clear on this
