Does a new DVD come with the Altus products?

Dear Cathe and SNM,

Thanks for updating us all about these wonderful new Altus products!

In the images posted on the blog, it looks like many of the new products will come with an "exclusive" Cathe workout DVD. Does that mean that those new products will each include a new Cathe workout? If so, have those workouts already been filmed?

The new line of products sounds so fantastic, and I can't wait until they're available!!!

Hi Leanne! The included DVD will demonstrate how to use the product and then include a short workout(s) of various Fitness By Cathe products. The DVD will be filmed very soon. I will be able to give you better and more specific details after it is filmed.
