Do You think a good sweat would hurt or help me?

A sinus infection hit me out of nowhere on Friday night.
yesterday, I was out of commision. The pressure in my head was intense, and even the thought of jumping around hurt my sinuses.

This morning, the pressure has lessened up, NO pain in my gums anymore, very little in my face/eyes/nose area.

But I'm very congested and blowing colorful things out of my head/nose today (sorry!).

I'm wondering if working up a sweat by doing a KPC Premix and Abs would help loosen up and drain the secretions, or hurt me in the end by stressing my body?

I do have plans to go into work tonight 7p-7a....

What should I do??
 
I think that if the pressure and pain is gone, go for it. But if it starts to hurt during the workout, stop. I hate sinus infections! Keep some tissues nearby;)
 
I could've written this myself! Exact same timing!
I'm giving it another day of rest, just in case, and will pick back up tomorrow. Just in case!
 
Welp... I did the 41 Min. Premix from KPC. Just the 3 combos followed by abs on the stability ball and the nice stretch! It was "just right". Pooped me out a LITTLE, but my head feels about the same, and it felt good to sweat.

I do get to take a nap later, before going into work, so I thought what the heck!

Steamy shower to loosen up the yucky mucus in your head. I'm so sorry you are sick I really hope you feel better.
