Ive been considering trying this for a few weeks to see how long I can maintain it. I've noticed Cathe's rotations normally have 2 full body workouts, 1 lower body and maybe a kickbox per week. That could help to ward off boredom, burnout and/or injury.

What do you think?

I have done 3 Full Body workouts in a week however, i was doing high rep/low weight workouts. It worked well for me.

I also noticed the same thing about cathe's rotation. I believe your not suppose to do 3 full body workouts a week does anybody know why?

I've done three total-body workouts in a week in the past, with good results. That was back when I was doing lots of Firm workouts. Just be sure to leave at least one day in between, and perhaps make one workout a lighter workout.

IMO, it depends on what results you want: it's not a good protocol for building a lot of muscle, but it's good for burning fat and "toning".

There's no 'rule' against it, but it would be hard to do three heavy-weight full-body workouts in a week, and some people need more recovery time, so couldn't fit in 3 in a week.

That's my typical rotation.
MWF. I usually do 2 of them circuit style and one Heavy - typically MM until I get something new.

Depending on how fried my legs are, I may just make that last one upper body.
