Do you have workouts you've never done??

I did Power Hour last night and realized it was the first time I'd ever done that particular workout even though I've had it for a long time! It was tough, mostly because Cathe does a full body strength training with very little rest between body parts. But it must have been one of her earliest workouts because it has a lot of instruction in it, before each segment. It made me wonder if any of own workouts you never do, and do you still do Cathe's earlier workouts or have you replaced them with the newer/tougher stuff?

Yikes. I probably own at least 20 workouts I've never done. I went through a buying craze not long back, then had an injury and couldn't do a lot of the workouts I'd bought. And today I'm doing one of Cathe's easier workouts (HS Circuit) because I'm still recovering from the injury. I haven't gotten rid of any of Cathe's workouts because they are still great. For instance, RS is kind of old, but it's my favorite.

I have the Pure Strength series but I've only ever done the Legs and Abs workout. I think there are a couple of CTX workouts I haven't done.

As for non-Cathe, I have some Charlene Prickett and Mindy Mylrea that I haven't attempted and I've had them forever.

I have the Rhythmic Step dvd, but have only ever done RS off it. I am going to remedy that halfway tonight by doing Interval Max. Still have Maximum Intensity Cardio off that dvd to do. And I just did Imax 3 for the first time last week after owning the dvd for months and months. Maybe years?

I also have several weight workouts I got off FitTV that I've never done, but I'm more into straight cardio and more recently was introduced to the circuit concept (by this forum), so I don't do weights only stuff.

Lol, I went on a Cathe buying spree a little while back, so I have a bunch that I haven't tried yet. This is one of the reason that my DH shakes his head at the fact that I pre-ordered for both Cathe & Tracey's new series. He keeps telling me I haven't done all the ones I already have. ;)

I have yet to do the Body Max that comes with the Power Hour.. I haven't gone all the way thorugh the Max Intense Strength also with that video (It's too old the music and clothing are too novelty)..
I do heavy weights to build strength and definition so I have to rest two days in between upper body, so I don't feel as though there is ever time to fit in circuits or sculpting for upper body like the Body Max, or the Low Impact from the last DVD's. I have that one and still haven't done it!
I don't like step aerobics so I don't have those dvd's and I don't do the ones with the light weight training in them for upper body.
I haven't done S&H legs, shldrs or tris either.
I haven't done ALL the PH ones and I don't like the Push/Pull one .it's not enouh.. so you're not alone!
I didn't do Muscle Max for the longest time thinking that it wasn't the heavy challenge I needed for the gains I was looking for, but after you've been into weight training for so long then you can customize your own workouts... so I'd do, for example, the MM back and chest TWICE, id do heavier weights (less reps if needed) and then the seocnd time around id change up (like the second time id do OVERhand barbell rows instead of underhand and Id change the angle of the chest flys or do them on an incline).
I have to say that Cathe has really pushed me past the beginner/intermediate to the obsessive freak I am today lol!
I have a little gym in my apartment and I workout MORE here than I ever did at the gym!
kudos man ;)

I'm embarrassed to say that I've never done IMAX 3 (is that the name??? it's been so long I can't remember!) because I've previewed it and it looks sooooo hard! But I've read on the forum that lots of you love it. Maybe I will make it my goal to learn that one before the end of the year. x(

As sad as this is, I have actually done every workout I own....

I may not do them again after the first time, but I've done them all at least once.

Imax 3 wasn't as hard for me as I'd made it out to be. That's the reason I waited so long to do it, too. But I caught onto the step routines very quickly and the blasts were doable. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't easy, but it wasn't undoable either. (Did I just make up a word?)

I have a couple bosu workouts I've never done b/c truthfully I just don't have the use for them in my routine.

I own at least 50 DVDs & I've done most of them to death. Literally. My most used (all Cathe) are starting to skip so much I might actually have to replace them. x(

Nope, I've done them all. I don't think I would have though if I hadn't followed some of Cathe's rotations. It's strange but I don't think I've even done a Cathe workout in MONTHS! I think I needed a little break after years and years of mostly (or maybe just) Cathe. I do however, buy workouts from other instructors and it can take me weeks or even months to try them out. On the other hand I know when I get a new Cathe workout, I'll be trying it either that day or the next.

I have never done Legs & Glutes. I still haven't done either Stretch Max or Core Max. I still haven't done any of the last series (BM2, Drill Max, etc). Oh dear! Thing is, I got side tracked into running and for a while I have been "off" Cathe's cardio. Got burned out on it over a year ago. Last week I did Push/Pull for the very first time!

Whether I do a workout or not does not depend upon how old it might be, but how effective it is, whether it has a high dread factor or not, whether the music is dynamic or crappy. One of my faves is still Powermax, despite the dated costumes. It's effective and the music rocks.

I haven't done GS Back, Biceps & Shoulders although it's in my rotation for Wednesday this week. I had not done GS Chest & Triceps until last week.

I also have a couple Pilates DVDs and a couple yoga DVDs I've never done - they came in a set w/ a couple that I LOVE.

Yeah. I haven't done Cardio Fusion b/c I'd much rather do DM or BM2 by itself. Haven't really done Butts & Guts except for bits and pieces. I don't think much else.

I don't want to take a pill. Go to Africa, go follow some bushman around. He's being chased by a lion. That's stress. You're not going to find a pygmy on Paxil, I'll tell you that right now.

I only have one that I've never done, and that's only because I just got it a few weeks ago. It's by Tracey Staehle. I need to get busy and learn it. The choreography looks awesome.

I have Cathe's wedding work out which I've never done! I also have work outs which I've done once and either wasn't fond of and never did again or just forgot about!

I have done all of my w/outs. I have 1, Amy Bento Hi/LO Extreme, I think that's the name of it. I have only done it once because I didn't like it. I keep saying to myself I'll try it again but there's always something better to do.

I haven't done:

Nekea Brown's Mix It Up - although I did preview it a bit. It's step and kickboxing. It looked like a lot of fun.

Yoga Wisdom's workouts for Neck Pain and Tight Shoulders and Back Pain and Tight Hips.

Pure Strength - I've only done the abs that are on the Cardio Hits DVD but I'll be doing them next week.

CIA 2305 - Hi/Low to the Max Plus Athletic Jam
CIA 2404 - Step Till You Drop II
CIA 9802 - Hi/Lo, Step & Sculpting Workouts
CIA 9806 - A Step Workout
CIA 9808 - Two Workouts
CIA - Latin Groove Workout
CIA - Step This Way 2

I have a few Cathe's that I just had to own but haven't tried yet. I made sure to take the plastic wrapper off, though, so my husband won't think I'm insane. He doesn't understand the need to own all of Cathe's DVDs, even if I'm not planning on trying each one right away. I bet you guys understand, though. Thank goodness someone does!
