Like, I'm 5'3" & I try to stick between 110 & 115. If I go over 115 I feel uncomfortable (as in my clothes feel tight, which I hate), & if I go below 110 I know I look kind of sick.
On the other hand, I have a single number which I believe is my ideal weight (you guessed it--it's right between 110 & 115 ), whether it's right or not.
That said, I don't really go by that single number. My weight fluctuates quite a bit within that 5 lb range, whether it's b/c of water retention or bad diet or whatever. So rather than try to stick to one number I try to stick within a range, if that makes sense.
What do you guys go by?
