do you have a high step?

I'm tempted to get one as Cathe uses it in lots of her videos... I'm using the step at 10inches right now.... but I'm devating whether to get the high step or not.... how high is it?

I believe it comes with 4 risers and you may be able to buy just the topper.
As for me, i have the high step, super step, club step, and all 4 of the old firm steps...from the wooden one. I think i am addicted...

It is more versatile(than the firm) , sturdy and risers are easy to get..
Go for it...7

Did you get it???

You can make it as high as you want. That's the beauty of the high step. I bought my HS topper and risers separately, but you can buy them together now.

Hi Belinda! Yes, I would recommend buying one, especially if you use any of Cathe's high step-specific workouts. It's worth the purchase just for leg presses. Otherwise, using the regular bench at 10" would suffice. Heck, I use my coffee table for dips.:D

I have a high step and I love it...it is awesome for lifting those glutes! If you've already got risers for a regular step then you should be able to just buy the top part and use 4 or 5 (I use 5 for a 14" step) risers.

I purchased the High Step from Cathe.com w/the bundle of high step DVDs. This was a great deal, I thought!!! It is so sturdy and versatile. A great investment I think!

I have the high step and I love it. I would go for it- you won't be sorry. I'm 5'2" and I use what ever height Cathe does- she varies it for each workout.

If you have the club step or another one of the long ones that Cathe uses, the riser from that work with the topper to the high step. You may need to buy only the topper part.

My birthday is in May also. I'm getting a gift certificate to amazon.com and the high step is already in my shopping cart. :)
