Do you ever have one of those days?

Not sure what's going on with me today. I did PUB & boy did those weights feel heavy! :confused: The last set of bi's I had to drop down a bit. The entire wo just felt heavier than what I usually do. Can't think of anything that would cause this - slept good, ate good yesterday not a bunch of junk. ?????
Do you ever have a day like that where you are just "OFF"? :eek:

Yes....I do! Somedays I surprise myself and do much more than I think I capable and then other days....it like a totally different person but for me it all depends on how much sleep I got. ;)

oh i DEFINITELY have these days! i find it's usually when i've been stressed or i've eaten a big meal late the night before...then again sometimes it just comes without warning! my favorite (sarcasm here) is when im having a bad day and im so uncoordinated that i fall off the step during a routine, lol

I'll have to "kill it" tomorrow Becky!! I nibbled to much on the cookie dough! :( I should know better! Never say just one bite!

We all have our strong days and not so strong days. She says we are doing great just to maintain. There is always the next day!
The days you feel like you could lift a car(or something big:p)

I have to admit, a little food cheat is a big motivator for me to push harder in the gym:eek:
