I used to feel terribly guilty if I missed a planned workout. I've since gotten over that because I've made great gains even though from time to time I've had to skip some workouts here and there.
I do start to feel really lazy though if I have 2 days off in a row of no activity. I take the weekends off from Cathe workouts, but I still like to do something active like go for a long walk, bike ride, or a great hike. If I don't get that in, that's when I start thinking about how my butt is expanding, and my arms are turning into "pig arms"(as my sister says), and how I'm getting a double chin, etc,etc,etc.x(
I guess we all have our weird issues!
