Cathe, I'm sitting here watching Power Houe on Fitv (I did do SH triceps and biceps this morning), anyway my ? is: during the bicep portion in Power Hour, when you do dumbell culrs, you say you're using about 15 lbs. Are you using 5 lb. weights and counting the bar, or using 8 lbs. and not counting the bar? Thanks for your time. Kay;-)
