Hi ya all, and especially all of you that have the Terminator DVD. I was just wondering, I've been trying to fit in 1-2 interval workouts per week, and I find the Terminator workouts are so demanding, that I seldom seem to have the energy for another interval workout if I do more than one Terminator per week. How about everybody else?
I'm just wondering, I mean for example the Viper has "only" four intervals, but I still find it really tough. I find I need a light day after that workout, as I do after all the Terminator workouts. What do you usually do after the Terminator workouts? Weights or cardio? Day off?
