Cathlete
I do so much Cathe that when I do another workout my most common mistakes are because I do a move the way Cathe does it instead of the way the instructor is doing it. For instance, Cathe usually claps while doing an over-face-in-over (I think she claps on that one--don't always remember the names after but my body remembers when to clap). I think she also does the grapevine by pushing her hands forward as she moves to the side and claps before going back the other way. So then when I do those moves I clap at those times even with other instructors. There are other examples that aren't immediately coming to mind but I know I always have to say to myself "Oops, that was a Cathe move I'm trying to do?"
Anyone else do this? It really gives me trouble learning other people's step routines since I'm so used to the Cathe way!
