Good morning,

Today I will do Hiit 40/20 + abs and Chest/triceps:D As you can see, I dipped into the candy bowl yesterday. Need to do some damage control today.

Hardly any kids showed up, that was the weirdest Halloween ever:eek: not sure, where all the kids went (we live on a military base). I told DH we will sent all the leftover candy down range to the soldiers:p I only had like 5 pieces of candy yesterday, had a sugar rush from hell:confused:

Thanks for the b-day wishes yesterday. My neiphew b-day was yesterday as well. My sis invited us for lunch, after lunch we went on an hour long hike and that in high heals:p:eek: my feet were killing me by the time we went down hills:confused: Everyone else had compfy shoes on, except me:confused: LOL! Before we left our house, I also walked my dogs for 30 min. I did get a lot of walking in yesterday.

Off to get busy! I will be back and catch up on personals!

I see the goal for today is HIIT...can I do a run instead? ;)

was..runervals 2.0 but going for itread #13 instead. ;)

Oh those DOMS are pretty good today! EVERYTHING is sore! HAHA! Great workout with PH yesterday.

Hmmm candy...yup have a lot left but at least I have 3 boys in the house to eat it up! HAHA!

I hope you all had a great time last night. We had only one guest with her family. Oh way too cute in her witch costume. ;)

Just a quick check in, I am done with Hiit 40/20 plus chest & tricpes. I started week 6 of this rotation. Two more weeks to go! I pulled a muscle in my biceps or shoulder, can't pin point it really:confused: I will take a mucle relaxer today and see if it helps. I will post my workout later. Still have to work my abs.
 
oh wow, i guess both of you are pretty sore today. i hope the bicep muscle is better soon :hug:
oh my end, it's going well :) i wore my black short leather jacket for the first time in public. yay! and got lots of compliments. stayed out of the candy bowl. had some yummy gumbo at mil's. so much better than cheap candy. my real problem isn't the actual few peices i would eat. a few hundred cals is easy to burn off. it's the wanting to eat the whole bowl, and it will be hard to stop if i start. and i have to tell everybody lol. but it sounds like belinda, you have it under control. that's something to be proud of too!
 
hey! DONE! finished my run and sweated buckets. Real tough with legs being sore from yesterday's PH and hike! But Did It!

Off to shower and work!

Belinda: Great job on 40/20! ooooh be careful on that arm...might need a little break. I did something similar a while back and it took about a week or so to loosen up.
Have a great ab workout! HAHA! Have to make sure that candy is out of your system!

Hey Kristina: Too bad you don't have a photo of you in your jacket. ;) I hear ya on once you start you can't stop! Darn that candy! I hope the boys eat it up before my fingers find their way there. HAHA!

Awww.... thanks for the b-day wishes for DD and my shoulder/biceps! My pain is doing better. Like you said Heidi, it will take same time to heal. I will finish this rotation.
