I am done with CCPP, traveled 5.50 miles and did the stretch from Amy Bento "Abs & stretch" plus Core Max #3 with the med ball!

That's it for me today! My legs are fried! BBL!

Nice run this morning Belinda! ;) Great job on the abs too! I need to do these more often as well. Need to get back TO IT in everyway for that matter! It has been just so stressful lately!!!

Yesterday I did a 3.5 mile walk with my DD before she headed back to her home. :)
So far I have walked: Saturday 2.0miles, Monday 2.0miles and yesterday 3.5miles. My legs aren't as sore today even though I walked further. Weird...must be getting adjusted to the outdoor walking.

Not sure what to do today....I have really fallen off the CLX program! Maybe I should pick-up on the next series: Push Phase

Amelia: How are you doing? ;) I see you are doing some Cathe workouts too.

Sherry: How's it going for you? How are you doing with your runs? Do you plan on a race soon?

Hey Kristina! What's up? ;)

My kitty will be coming home today. YEAH! He has been sick since Sunday night. I brought him to the Vet on Tuesday where they admitted him for an IV treatment and blood tests. They called me this morning to say he has Lyme Disease and will need antibiotics for awhile. He will be coming home this afternoon. I can't wait to see him! ♥

Hi all!

Last night I didn't get home until 9:30 - no way could I get in an STS wo then. today I gave blood, so again no weight work. Guess I could use the couple days rest. Tomorrow I can jump back in to STS!

Belinda - Nice run today! How's the stress level? Getting everything done before the big move?

Heidi - So glad the kitty came home. No races planned. the run a couple days ago felt really good, so cardio fitness is coming along. Late Jan. to early Mar. are hard to run in because of the ice. But been picking it up lately. The only race on the schedule right now is the half marathon in Oct. I'll need to sign up for a few before that.

Now, to get some dinner. Hope you all enjoy your evening.
