Great job on the abs too! I need to do these more often as well. Need to get back TO IT in everyway for that matter! It has been just so stressful lately!!!
Yesterday I did a 3.5 mile walk with my DD before she headed back to her home.
So far I have walked: Saturday 2.0miles, Monday 2.0miles and yesterday 3.5miles. My legs aren't as sore today even though I walked further. Weird...must be getting adjusted to the outdoor walking.
Not sure what to do today....I have really fallen off the CLX program! Maybe I should pick-up on the next series: Push Phase

Hey Kristina! What's up?
My kitty will be coming home today. YEAH! He has been sick since Sunday night. I brought him to the Vet on Tuesday where they admitted him for an IV treatment and blood tests. They called me this morning to say he has Lyme Disease and will need antibiotics for awhile. He will be coming home this afternoon. I can't wait to see him! ♥
