Browler my dog is getting surgery this morning I will do cardio this evening!

Well, it's 10:00 and just got home. Hence, no workout, no D10. Needed to run around with the kids, get to a parent mtg, etc. ARGH!

Belinda - Hope all went well with your pups surgery.

Allee - Nice workout plans. Did you get it done?

Heidi - I think your life is as crazy as mine. How's your mom?

Thanks for the thoughts & prayers today The surgery went well today. Browler had a hard time waking up. Je was so confused, I guess I felt so sorry for him. Even my other dog got scard, he ran away from BrowlerI couldn't calm him down after we got home from the vet, so I layed down with him, which helped. Didn't get much done today, had to watch him so he doesn't hurt or bite the stiches. He is such a good dog He wasn't allowed to eat for 24 hours, he was bagging me for food I ended up giving him a little, he kept it down. I did ended up doing a short workout this evening, I did CTX KB! I was working out in my living room, so I can keep in eye on Browler.

Heidi - how are you doing? Did you get your workout in today? How is your mom doing?

Sherry - long day, hah? Hope you get your workout in tomorrow.
