dropping by just to say how great/motivated/pumped i'm feeling! i'm so close to the 170's i can taste it! i still have really sore calves from wed. thinking i need to get in some major weight training today, so if i have any swelling, there's time for it to go down before the weigh in on sunday. i think it's going to be a 'big' week for me. already lost the 2#, feels like i'll lose 1 or 2 more by sunday. if not 2 is great :)

Hope your dr's appt. goes well.

Busy morning so far and I have to get to work. Plan for today: Intensity step/low pre-mix. ABS! Haven't done these this week!

Workout is done! I did Insanity "Pure Cardio"! I must be insane doing those workouts, they are crazy:eek: I still need to work my abs, can't decide with one?

Belinda - I love making cards and scrapbooking! And yes, you can spend quite a bit on supplies. DH doesn't even ask since we've used them for school projects, too!
