O.K. I am on week 4 Meso 1. I'm totally bummed next week is a rest week. I don't want to!! I want to start right on Meso2. Is anyone not doing the rest week? What are the disadvantages of not resting versus taking the rest week. Will my results be any different? I hate cardio. I could just do weight work everyday and be so happy! The thought of just doing cardio next week is throwing me into a funk. Thanks for the input.
