Ok I need to post this queston even tough I think I know the answer bu t anyways I just wanted to ask. I have a lot of the newr Cathe w/os: The hard core sereis ( except the extremeone) Intensity series, body blast series and the gym style series oh and slow and heavy. Ok I'm more into thre and four split routines such as the gym style and slo and heavy and the pyramids. Do you recommned I get power strenth seires ( is that the name?) Or is the Power hour dvd so great that it's worth it eventhough it's total body w/os? Can they be broken into parts given their intensity? I'm thinking that may be for variety i may need it? I'm not sure if I just want an excused to get more w/os since the new ones will take a while to arrive.
Those of you that are mostly in the split heavy weight routine should know if I would benefit from it or if it's really not necesary.
Thank youo in advance for any advise.
Rachel:)

Depends what your objective is. If it is to obtain as many different type workouts as possible, I think you could skip the Pure Strength series. All the other heavier lifting vidoes you have do everything Pure Strength does and more. However, I would recommend getting the Power Hour and Rhythmic Step DVDs as you can't beat the value (3 workouts on each one), and the workouts (Power Hour, MIS, Body Max, MIC, Rhythmic Step and IMAX) are all fantastic IMO.

If your objective is to have everything Cathe ever produced, like a lot of us around here, well, then, get out your credit card }(

I agree. Power Hour is worth the money because you get three workouts in one. MIS and Body Max aren't my favorite, but I still do them.

I'm in that camp of needing to own everything Cathe ever produced. :)
