Do I need HC Extreme?

Probably like I need a hole in my head - but do I? I have the rest of the HC series, and I love all of the individual workouts that go into this compilation DVD, just don't know if I need to get it. I do have Terminator from Intensity, and yes, I use it rather frequently. Aside from this the only other Cathe advanced DVD that I don't have is SS/PP. I'm THINKING of getting that more for the premixes that everyone raves about. If I spring for SS/PP, is it really worth it to tack on HCE? TIA.

Not sure how much help I'll be. I purchased HCE first and I didn't have SS/PP. I love the Terminator and HCE - although I do the Terminator more. I was opposite, thinking I didn't need SS/PP as I had all the other strength workouts by Cathe. Within 4 months I had them both. You can't go wrong with either.

I do use my HE quite a bit. I have Imax 3 and Low Max which are the main cardio in this DVD but it's nice to mix it up a bit and kick my butt. You have to like Imax 3 & Low Max to get this DVD they are in there a lot. Do you want to excercise for 1-1/2 hrs.? That's the question:)

If you like the Hardcores and find them not too challenging then I'd get HCE. I myself can never get through them I find them so tough. I'm not in tip top shape right now anyway, but when I was I still found them to be extremely difficult.
 
I really love HCE. That was actually one of the first DVDs I bought of Cathe's. All 3 are awesome workouts. I used to do them a lot but because of their length, I don't do them as much now. I think HCE #2 (hi/lo) is my favorite. If you don't mind longer workouts, I definitely recommend this. All of these are challenging but they definitely helped me with my endurance.
