Do Chinups, I dare YOU!!

Sooooooooooooosan is most certainly doing her set of 896 pullups.

And I just finished LIC as is (okay so I didn't do chest and back - LIC is much more fun!) and I did heavy shoulder work after that and some slow chins and pulls after that....I'm tired!

Way to go on all your chins Catherine!!! Yes...I think I will quit my family and go work out in the gym all day with you...so do you have any gym in particular you would like to meet and do we have to do ab work? (I DID all ab work in LIC - lest you think I'm and ab slacker }( )

I like the t-shirt idea too. I'm not very creative though.

I'm hoping I can start working on chins next week. No other exercises bother my arm - just the attempted chins. Do you think it is phsycological (sp?)?????
