Hi Cathe,
I have been taking step aerobics at a health club for about 1 year now. I am an active person, 43 years old and in good health. I have been using a few of your step workouts using a 6 inch step for about 2 months now. I often experience dizziness when there is a lot of turning and facing the opposite direction on and off the step. I have used Body Max, Cardio and Weights and IMAX 2. This happens to me when I am taking step class at a health club also. When I don't do all that turning around I am fine but then I have a hard time getting back into the step routine without missing steps. I wear a heart rate monitor during the routine. Do you have any suggestions.
I really like your step and strength tapes. I have MIS, Power Hour, Pure Strength (chest, shoulders and triceps) and most recently purchased Slow and Heavy DVD which is really great and so different than any other strength training I have ever done. I have
pre ordered the high step beg/int DVD.
thank you,
Cindy
