We're actually trying to sell right now on our own. We also just stuck a sign in our yard and people drive by and take down our number. We had our first potential buyer this weekend. I'm sure once the weather gets a little nicer, we'll be getting a lot more. We have found a good attorney for closing so hopefully things will go smoothly.
