Discs smaller?

Are the slide-n-glide discs you and the crew use in cardio supersets smaller then what was sent with the LIS DVDs? Mine always seem to hit each other during certain exercises. I was just wondering...By the way LOVE, LOVE, LOVE cardio supersets!!!! Actually love the whole LIS set! Thank you again for making great workouts! Kay

Mine hit each other too. But I'm pretty sure they are same size. I think we just need to wrk on our slide

Mine hit each other as well mostly during the jacks and mountain climbers. I just figured they were big so men could use them too?

Hi Everyone! The discs are all the same size. Some of the exercises (Ie: the cross country skiing motion) are harder to execute than others because the discs do get close, but it gets easier to do once you are aware of it.
