Yesterday I went through the LiTe series Rev’d Up Ruble cardio workout. It was really low impact, short, little sweaty and would have been fun, except when Cathe started a series of twisting along with kicking up, horizontal to the side, straight and down, not necessarily in the given order here. The tempo of the series of kicks was, for me, very high to follow timely and rigorously! I was twisting and kicking randomly in all directions, making myself a laughing stock for non-existing viewers! Tried to slow down to control the flow but my neurons went out of sync:(! I did, however, compensate for it by jumping when calve raise was the required move. Have to admit, I am not happy about this discovery, Brutal Cathe! Showing no respect for the elderly;)
