DISC 21!!!!!!!! YEOW!

ok, i'm back. i am wiped out after this workout. i was gonna add a short cardio, but i just can't. this is a super tough workout. at least i can type now.

I like how this week there weren't any dead lifts during the leg workout so that I can really worked them on back.

I'm looking forward to the pain.;)
