Different exercises new workouts

Hi,
I was wondering if we could try out new exercises to alternate with the other DVD series. Like we have lots of bench presses for chest and maybe we could try decline bench presses? The IS series has lots of leg presses so maybe we could try single leg lunges/squats or deadlifts from the floor? Just a suggestion. In case there's a chance I could talk you out of low ends? :p
M&F Hers has this deadlift with a leg raise ( although the real deadlift from the floor looks cooler and less Barbie ) and LL had those kick ass single leg lunges which you haven't really used much in other workouts. I read decline presses are good for contouring the chest...is this true?
Can you come up with other ways to work the back? The upper back?
Upper back muscles are so NICE. Can we not bend over for rows? Sometimes the back can still work but the lower back whimps out. It would be nice to alternate with a series that doesn't require too much bent over stuff. For lazzzybones like me.:9

Oh YES!!!!!

Cathe, I love your strength workouts. No one else can make those gym quality workouts like you can.

I too am getting bored with the same exercises.

I can't help but notice how innovative the workouts are becoming in magazines like Oxygen, Muscle and Fitness Hers and Energy.

There are so many exercises you could use for each body part; but you always seem to choose the same few. I could list fifty exercises; but I am sure you know they exist as you are in the fitness industry.

I would also like to see even more variety in the strength training style. I was happy to see supersets and a circuit workout. These were different.

I hate when people keep asking you to rehash multiple volumes of old workouts. I want to stay motivated with new styles and exercises.

I am going to make a different post with style suggestions so that it will stand out.

This would be interesting! Since Cathe has so many strength videos already, maybe another MIS which contain different ways to work each body part.
