Hi,
I was wondering if we could try out new exercises to alternate with the other DVD series. Like we have lots of bench presses for chest and maybe we could try decline bench presses? The IS series has lots of leg presses so maybe we could try single leg lunges/squats or deadlifts from the floor? Just a suggestion. In case there's a chance I could talk you out of low ends?
M&F Hers has this deadlift with a leg raise ( although the real deadlift from the floor looks cooler and less Barbie ) and LL had those kick ass single leg lunges which you haven't really used much in other workouts. I read decline presses are good for contouring the chest...is this true?
Can you come up with other ways to work the back? The upper back?
Upper back muscles are so NICE. Can we not bend over for rows? Sometimes the back can still work but the lower back whimps out. It would be nice to alternate with a series that doesn't require too much bent over stuff. For lazzzybones like me.:9
