Hi all! I am new to the message boards but a Cathe fanatic! I love her personality, teaching style and the fun factor in ALL her tapes.
I've been doing the SLA tape with wonderful results and recently I've been seeing a new series called Slow and Heavy.
Does anyone out there know what the difference is between the Slow and Heavy and the Pure strength videos??
I am a weight lifting fanatic and would love to know what the emphasis is on each series.
