Difference between High Step Challenge and Training?

I recently purchased High Step Challenge and really like it. I noticed there is also High Step Training. Does anyone know the differences between the two? Also, would it be worth having both of them? Thanks

I love this style of training, so love both workouts! High Step Training is similar to Challenge in that it has 5 cycles (cardio, upper & lower body). If I recall, you do leg presses in each of the 5 cycles in HST and use heavier weights. There are also 6 premixes with HST.

I'd buy it!

I actually prefer HST over HSC. It is so much fun and one of my favorite workouts is the following from the premixes: warm up, all cardio sections, all cardio with lower body, then cool down. It clocks in at about 45 minutes and I am drenched by the end. Maybe I'll have to get HSC out again and check it out.

Oh goodie! I am anxiously awaiting HST! I love variety. I did HSC again today and sure enjoyed it. It's a good, solid circuit with NO dread factor. I especially love the ab section. All the high impact stuff is easily modifiable (especially with what I've learned with the LI Series). The music is the kind I like and wish all Cathe's DVDs had. Can't wait to try High Step Training. It'll be interesting to see how they are alike and how they differ. Thanks for the info on the premix. Can't wait!

OK, now I've tried both High Step workouts. I, by far, like High Step Challenge better. I really like the abs section in HSC while HST doesn't even have abs. I like the vairety of lower body work in HSC while most of the lower body work in HST was leg presses (leg presses BORE me after 3 or 4 cycles). The UB premix in HST would be worth adding on to other workouts, but that's about all I could recommend it for (IMO). I will do High Step Challenge regularly. It is just more fun and really gets the job done.
