Difference b/t Blast Only and Blast Mania premixes

Hey folks --

Hope everybody's well out there and enjoying gearing up for Easter and Passover and springtime in general! I've been lurking but haven't had much time to post -- I really miss my regular forays to the Forums when I can't be here!! :(

Quick question for the Educated Crowd -- I am just having a ball with the Intensity Series like everyone else and I'm finally ready to graduate to using some premixes. I've =quickly previewed the two IMAX 2 Blast premixes and aside from the stretch I can't see any immediate difference. Can someone who's done both tell me, how does Blast Only Premix differ from Blast Mania Premix? And how would you all use them differently?

I believe the only difference is that Blast Only doesn't have a warmup or cooldown/stretch, just blasts. I'm thinking maybe it was done this way to make it easier to tack on after you're already warmed up from something else.
