Diff. between Fit tv and DVD?

What is the difference between the workouts on tv and the her dvds? I don't have most of her workouts, so any input is great!

1. No commercials

2. Premixes, bonus footage and chapter selection on DVDs

3. YOU schedule when YOU want to do a particular workout on DVD

4. MORE workouts available on DVD than what is broadcast

5. YOU can customize your workouts combining footage from various DVD's into one session, whereas you are limited to what is broadcast on FitTV

6. You can pause a DVD; not so much FitTV (think potty and water breaks)

7. FitTV programming may change; YOU control which workouts you wish to retain and which you don't care for as much.

8. Nuff said for now.

Also, FitTV edits many of the workouts, so you don't get the whole workout. On PLB alone, the warm-up is cut out (!!) and there is a very jumpy cut between squats and deadlifts (I think: I had FitTV on in the background one day, and PLB is on).

Also, because of time constraints, the workouts on FitTV will not be the entire workout presented on the DVD. The exception to this is PushPull.

And lets not forget that on the DVD, there are two workouts and premixes that intermingle the two.

The one thing that I like about Fit TV is that you can at least try something out before you purchase. Just know that there's more "good stuff" waiting for you on the DVD!:) I learned that with my first purchase of BC +ME. I think they cut out the hardest part which I believe was called The Terminator! OMG!!!! The first time I did the DVD, I was like where did that come from that wasn't what I Tivo'd!!!

I do like all the premixes, bonus mix (I think that's what it's called), and that the DVD has chapters so you can pick and choose. Ideally, you could create a new work out every time you worked out.

Good luck!
