I know that proteins are important to muscle building diets. And I've read that a lot of you have protein drinks and bars after w/o or for snack. My problem is that I have kidney disease and can't have as much protein as others. I can have a serving at each meal but the drinks and bars are way too much for me. Any suggestions on other ways I can build muscle with a little bit of protein? Is it going to take me twice as long to build up decent muscles? Thanx for all the suggestions
