I was wondering if you keep track of your fat intake and if you drop fats in your diet down to 10% regularly? Also, do you maintin between 30 and 50 percent of your diet as protien? I ask because:
After spending some time working with a particular diet plan, I'm getting frustrated because I have such a difficult time getting the correct amount of protien without using a ton of supplements (i.e. protien powder) in order to keep my protein level at 45-50% of my diet and my fats no more than 10%. Doing this means almost all my protien has to come from supplements because I absolutely cannot stomache fish. And with all these protein supplements, I'm having major gas problems...yuk. does it have to be this difficult? If it does, i'll get through it. I have so much respect for your fitness advice, I'd really like your opinion.
