OK, in lieu of a butt-whoopin' from Bobbi,
Shelley and I have resolved to eat better this week and thought we could post what we've eaten and maybe get a little motivation from each other to keep on the straight and narrow. Come join if you would like! Feel free to offer suggestions, tips, recipes, cash incentives, etc.......
Breakfast: Oatmeal bar and coffee
Lunch: Black bean soup, lettuce salad, pineapple/cottage cheese
Dinner: I plan on eating more veggies, perhaps a baked sweet potato
I discovered the Dominick's organic section this week...love it! I think I will go home tonight and write out dinner menus. That usually helps the "What's for dinner tonight/I don't know/Let's order Dominos" routine.
