I just seen it!!! YIKES! If she is sweating that bad then I need to go dust off my body fat monitor and get ready!!! I am starting to think maybe this might be the hardest one yet? Oh my, we are all in for a treat! Gonna be stronger and better then before after we do these workouts! I am up for the mean mean challenge even though my teeth might be chattering abit.lol

Yes, I saw the sweat as well, but I think it's "special effects sweat" Like Shelley says it's pretty hot in there, but then again, maybe I'm just trying to come up with a reason not to be very afraid of this workout.

I thought the exact same thing when I saw that picture!! And it's funny because I kept thinking in my head 'Low Impact Circuit is going to be soooooo easy.' HAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Once again, Cathe's outdone herself!!!

Well all i have to say is i hope it is 100 degree sweat.
If she is dying that much , I am going to drop over....

I like the low impact part,easy on the knees, but wow.....
We have been waiting and i think she is making it worth our wait...

Yes, I saw the sweat... and I know it's hot in there... but she's done cardio many times under hot lights for her videos and didn't look THAT sweaty! Look out!
