Did the new DVDs ship yet?

My husband ordered the new Intensity DVD for me on Oct. 15th. Today is Nov. 8th and we still have not received it. We checked on the order and it says it is processing. Anyone have any idea when we should get it?

Your order was a preorder. None of the new DVD's have shipped yet. The last update we got was that the DVD's were at Sony for replication. They should ship soon. Cathe will notify us when she starts shipping!

You have not gotten your dvd yet because it is still at Sony. They are running behind because of the holidays. They are suppose to give us a date soon. I hope they are ready somtime this week.

New DVDs

Not yet, but we're hoping to hear something from the duplicator either today or tomorrow and will make an announcement just as soon as we hear something. Currently, because of the holiday rush things are taking much longer than normal.
