I pre-ordered the new Low Impact Series. Was Cycle Max included? It didn't make it with my order if it was suppose to. 
Did not receive Cycle Max - Help!

You had two choices when you pre-ordered:
1: Low Impact Series (9 DVD set)
2: Low Impact Series Deluxe (10 DVD set that includes Cycle Max)
If you were supposed to receive Cycle Max your order confirmation will say "Deluxe", so you may want to check and see what it is says.
