. Volume 5 sure is popular these days! I just did it, too, and I know of at least 2 others who did it this week. It's a doozy, that is for sure! I agree with Nan that if you like 5, you'll love V7. The challenge she's talking about is brutal, but in a good way.
Tricia - How is your running going? I'm still hanging in there and making steady progress. I don't know how many calories I normally burn doing V5, but that first challenge is 16 or 18 minutes long and pretty darn tough... and Jenn ADDED that to Volume 1.
Julie - ROTFLOL!!!! I had the opportunity to test 2 Cardio Coach workouts prior to release and I can vouch for Sean's impeccable timing. One of the things he asked me to do was time each interval, and if he says it's 1 minute, it's 1 minute exactly! I've never tried an iTrain, but I've done some of the iClimb workouts and they in NO WAY compare to CC IMHO. Sean is such a pro and SO motivating! Keith Irace clearly knows his business and he's a decent coach, but he's just not very exciting and I find myself watching the clock, whereas with CC I am oblivious to the time.
