This is great for smaller spaces. There are some very high intensity yet low impact moves. The abs are lighter than the Intensity abs, but not much. Very satisfying workout. By the way, it was my suggestion to make a cardio and abs tape for about 60 minutes!!! Thanks, Cathe!
 
Isn't this a great workout? It's a lot different from Cardio Kicks. I have done it a couple of times now and am able to work a little harder now that I'm getting the moves down.:7
 
Hi Connie!

I'm thinking about branching out into some Cathe cardio after a year of using Cathe for strength training only. Do you think it would be fun for me to start with KPC? I don't have a lot of space, and I don't like high impact, and I have trouble with fancy footwork, so it sounds like it could be a good choice. What do you think? (I've also been eyeing the CTX series because I know how much people love that). I have great faith in your opinions.

Hi Nancy! You would have to practice all the various punches & kicks first to get them down pat before you start actually doing the tape. If you don't place your supporting leg & foot correctly when doing side kicks you could hurt your back very badly. On Kick Punch & Crunch Cathe gives excellent demos of all the moves so you would be able to practice these first & everywhere Cathe does a jump kick just take the jumps out until you become acclimated to kickboxing. CTX is also my favorite either way you can't go wrong. Best, Kathy:D

Nancy, Kathy is right. Cathe demonstrates all the moves on a separate demo section right at the beginning. The thing I needed to know most was to raise the hip when doing side kicks. I mean actually aim the whole pelvis out to the side, not just the sole of the foot. Made a big difference in how I felt the move as you can imagine, both that day and later!!

Enjoy it. It will be easy to learn the combos. The left side was harder for me. I will get them down by the third or fourth workout.
