Nancy, Kathy is right. Cathe demonstrates all the moves on a separate demo section right at the beginning. The thing I needed to know most was to raise the hip when doing side kicks. I mean actually aim the whole pelvis out to the side, not just the sole of the foot. Made a big difference in how I felt the move as you can imagine, both that day and later!!
Enjoy it. It will be easy to learn the combos. The left side was harder for me. I will get them down by the third or fourth workout.
